Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive at RPM Healthcare, you will focus on prospecting and engaging large medical groups and hospital systems across the entire U.S. with 100+ primary care providers. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully hunting and closing deals within this space and must have a strong "rolodex" of relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. Your role will be crucial in leveraging your network to quickly set meetings, develop relationships, and close high-value deals, contributing directly to the growth and success of RPM Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your established network within large medical groups and hospital systems to identify potential clients and decision-makers. Leverage your rolodex of relationships to secure initial meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
- High-Level Sales Meetings: Manage and lead meetings with hospital and medical group executives, including C-suite and senior-level decision-makers. Navigate the sales process from introduction to needs analysis, solution presentation, and contract negotiations.
- Market Segmentation: Focus on large medical groups and hospital systems with 100+ primary care providers, understanding their specific needs and challenges to position RPM Healthcare’s remote patient monitoring solutions effectively.
- Solution Customization: Present RPM Healthcare's solutions tailored to the unique needs of large healthcare organizations. Highlight the benefits of our RPM technology in improving patient care and streamlining operations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to help clients achieve their healthcare goals.
- Sales Process Management: Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate client and pipeline information.
- Market Insights & Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare system developments to effectively position RPM Healthcare’s offerings.
- Referral Generation: Develop and implement strategies to encourage satisfied clients to refer RPM Healthcare to other potential large medical groups or hospital systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales within the healthcare sector, with specific experience hunting large medical groups and hospital systems. You should have a demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Network: A well-established network of relationships with decision-makers in large medical groups, hospital systems, and primary care organizations. This rolodex is essential for quickly setting meetings and accelerating your sales cycle.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of sales performance, including ability to lead presentations, negotiate effectively, and close large, complex deals.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical group structures, and the challenges faced by large organizations with 100+ primary care providers.
- Results-Driven: A history of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth. You must be able to independently manage your sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently to drive sales success in a competitive market.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to senior healthcare executives.
