We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director (BDD) to join our team and focus on driving growth by prospecting and securing new business from independent practices, medical groups, and hospital systems.

This position is 100% remote.

Position Overview:

As a BDD at RPM Healthcare, your primary focus will be on prospecting and developing relationships with healthcare groups across the U.S. You will leverage your network, industry knowledge, and expertise in sales tools to identify and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and be an expert in using platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to develop a strategy that drives multiple meetings each week. Leveraging your established relationships and strategic approach, you will serve as a "sales lead," guiding prospects through the sales process and effectively presenting RPM Healthcare’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Networking: Utilize established contacts and networks within the healthcare industry to identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers. Attend industry conferences to build relationships, secure meetings, and expand your network.
  • Strategic Meetings: Lead and manage meetings with healthcare groups and even independent practices at various stages of the sales process, including initial introductions, needs assessments, solution presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Decision Maker Identification: Conduct thorough research and follow-up to identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers within target organizations, ensuring that all key stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process.
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate the value and benefits of RPM Healthcare’s solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address their specific needs and challenges.
  • HubSpot Management: Ensure that all client information, sales activities, and interactions are kept up to date in HubSpot, facilitating accurate reporting and effective communication across the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with a focus on remote patient monitoring or related technologies.
  • Network: Established network of contacts within the healthcare sector, including relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions, healthcare systems, and industry trends.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
