Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ (uncapped commission based on qualified meetings and conversions)
Overview
RPM Healthcare is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our expansion into health systems and large medical group practices. Your job: get us in the room. You’ll be responsible for cold outreach, sparking interest, and scheduling qualified discovery or demo meetings for our executive team.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who loves the thrill of converting cold calls into warm meetings, thrives in healthcare tech, and is hungry to grow with a company making an impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to health systems and group practices via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers (CMO, CFO, CIO, Population Health, etc.)
Pitch RPM Healthcare’s value prop and schedule discovery/demos for the VP of Strategic Partnerships and President
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting
Log all activity and progress in CRM with weekly performance reporting
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of successful BDR or outbound sales experience in healthcare tech
You are confident, compelling, and relentless on cold calls
You understand how to tailor messaging to decision-makers in healthcare
You are metrics-driven and want to grow into a closing role over time
You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Performance Expectations
100+ outbound activities/week (calls, emails, messages)
15+ meetings booked per month
25%+ conversion of meetings to qualified opportunities
Weekly CRM updates and pipeline reviews
