Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Partnerships to fuel new business growth through high-volume outbound activity, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling. This role is for a proven healthcare sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will be responsible for generating meetings, running discovery calls and demos, and advancing opportunities with senior healthcare executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls per day)

  • Book and run discovery calls and product demos

  • Engage C-suite and senior leaders at health systems and large practices

  • Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts

  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets

  • Represent RPM Healthcare with professionalism and credibility

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (required)

  • Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, or services (preferred)

  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting

  • Highly polished communicator (phone, video, and email)

  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)

  • Fearless in engaging executive-level decision makers

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000

  • Commission & Bonus: Uncapped, based on closed business
