Position Overview

The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in driving growth by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new partnerships with health systems, insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and medical associations. This individual will focus on establishing executive-level relationships, securing partnerships, and positioning RPM Healthcare as the preferred RPM solution provider in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand RPM Healthcare’s footprint within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured employers, and medical associations.
    • Leverage 10+ years of experience and existing relationships to quickly engage C-Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs) and leadership teams at medical associations.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify, pursue, and close new partnerships that drive revenue growth and program adoption.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution.
    • Partner with internal teams, including sales, clinical, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and implementation.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in health systems, payers, self-insured organizations, and medical associations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding partner challenges and aligning RPM Healthcare solutions to meet their strategic goals.
  • Market Positioning:

    • Stay informed on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position RPM Healthcare as an industry leader.
    • Develop tailored messaging and solutions that resonate with diverse partners, showcasing RPM Healthcare’s clinical, operational, and financial value.
  • Revenue Accountability:

    • Achieve and exceed  revenue targets through strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership on opportunities, pipelines, and partnership performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
    • Proven success selling integrated healthcare solutions to C-Suite executives within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and medical associations.
    • Strong existing relationships within the healthcare and medical association ecosystem.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
    • Demonstrated expertise in building partnerships that drive measurable value.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue and growth goals.
  • Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends in remote patient monitoring, population health, and value-based care.
    • Familiarity with payer models, health system operations, and medical association goals.
