Position Overview
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in driving growth by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new partnerships with health systems, insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and medical associations. This individual will focus on establishing executive-level relationships, securing partnerships, and positioning RPM Healthcare as the preferred RPM solution provider in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand RPM Healthcare’s footprint within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured employers, and medical associations.
- Leverage 10+ years of experience and existing relationships to quickly engage C-Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs) and leadership teams at medical associations.
Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and close new partnerships that drive revenue growth and program adoption.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to negotiation and contract execution.
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, clinical, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and implementation.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in health systems, payers, self-insured organizations, and medical associations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding partner challenges and aligning RPM Healthcare solutions to meet their strategic goals.
Market Positioning:
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position RPM Healthcare as an industry leader.
- Develop tailored messaging and solutions that resonate with diverse partners, showcasing RPM Healthcare’s clinical, operational, and financial value.
Revenue Accountability:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership on opportunities, pipelines, and partnership performance.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven success selling integrated healthcare solutions to C-Suite executives within health systems, insurance companies, self-insured organizations, and medical associations.
- Strong existing relationships within the healthcare and medical association ecosystem.
Skills:
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated expertise in building partnerships that drive measurable value.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue and growth goals.
